Charles Vernon Rowe, age 93, Pleasanton, Kan., passed away Monday, Feb. 26, 2024.  Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Pleasanton Chapel.
