Restrictions in place as city issues Water Warning No. 1

As dry conditions continue, the city of Fort Scott has issued a water warning. The city’s warning follows a governor-issued water emergency declaration for Bourbon County and other areas in Kansas. The city’s warning went into effect Wednesday, according to a press release issued Tuesday evening by City Manager Brad Matkin.
