Robert "Bob" L. Miller, 85, of Hays, Kan., passed away on Monday, Feb. 12, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Society in Ellis, Kan. He was born Aug. 25, 1932 in Fort Scott, Kan., to Harry and Edith (Madden) Miller. Bob graduated from Fort Scott High School in 1950 and attended Pittsburg State University.
