Agreement presented to help bring high-speed fiber optics to Fort Scott

County Commissioners on Tuesday accepted a draft copy of an agreement to place high-speed fiber optics equipment in a jail pod after the current jail is vacated. The agreement would be in effect until March 1, 2043, when it could be extended.
