Police want help locating driver in Wednesday's chase

Fort Scott police are seeking help from the public in locating a suspect who led representatives of several law enforcement agencies on a high-speed chase throughout parts of Bourbon County Wednesday afternoon. Board trying to get Airport Day of the ground

The Fort Scott Airport Advisory Board remains at a loss as to what to do about the annual Airport Day event, but it plans to continue researching ways to conduct an air show in 2014. Another night, another four wins for the Fort Scott Middle School girls' basketball teams. The seventh-grade "B" team began the night by holding off Parsons for a 13-10 victory. Then the seventh-grade "A" team dominated the second half on its way to a 40-26 win over the Vikings. The eighth-grade "B" team shut out Parsons for three quarters as it went on to a 22-5 whitewashing. And the eighth-grade "A" team finished off the night with a 28-10 victory...
