Bullying, tobacco policies adopted at USD 235

USD 235 board members approved a bullying policy along with a tobacco and electronic cigarettes policy at their monthly meeting on Monday evening. The policies were both recommended by the Kansas Association of School Boards. The approved bullying policy prohibits bullying in any form either by any student, staff or parent towards a student, staff or parent on or while using school property, in a school vehicle or at a school sponsored activity or event. ...
