USD 234 Board approves mentoring program for students

During the Monday meeting of the USD 234 Board of Education, the board unanimously approved allowing community members to serve as mentors to USD 234 students. The program is facilitated by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Bourbon County. Water project could mean jobs for some in Uniontown

The Uniontown High School senior class presented a Veterans Day tribute Tuesday morning at the school gym. When their names were called, veterans were escorted by a cheerleader to a seat of honor, facing the audience.
