Orval Edward “Dan” Shinn, age 72, a resident of rural Bronson, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2020, at his home. He was born March 12, 1948, in Fort Scott, Kan., the son of Danny L. Shinn and Wilma M. Eastwood Shinn.
