Robert (Bob) G. Lay, age 84, passed away peacefully at his home Sunday morning, Feb. 2, 2020, in Hillsboro, Ore. Bob was born on a small farm Sept. 22, 1935, in Bourbon County, one-half mile north of Fulton, Kan.
