Jack L. Winship, 80, of Ottawa, Kan., passed away May 1, 2018 in Ottawa. He was born Sept. 29, 1937 in Bronson, Kan., to Dwight and Blanche (Russell) Winship. Jack was a 22-year United States Air Force veteran including two tours in the Vietnam War. He worked for the United States Postal Service in Lincoln, Neb., for 15 years.
