Clara Maye Stennett, age 97, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at the Medicalodge of Fort Scott. She was born Dec. 4, 1919, in Dwight, Kan., the daughter of William James Albert "Bert" Arnett and Artie Meacy Rader Arnett. Maye worked as a waitress in Wichita restaurants for several years.
