Yvonne Riley Barlet, age 79 passed away at 8:30 am, Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at Via Christi Hospital, Pittsburg, Kan., following an illness. Yvonne was born Dec. 5, 1936 in Baxter Springs, Kan. Her parents were DeVaughn and Carol (Bliss) Riley. She had lived in the Pittsburg area since 1996...
