Man injured in hit-and-run accident looking for answers

A reward is being offered in the case of a Fort Scott man who was the victim in a reported hit-and-run accident involving a bicycle the morning of Jan. 28 on Jayhawk Road south of Fort Scott. Kirk Hart, 61, who was involved in the accident, told the Tribune Monday he is offering a $500 reward "for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible in the hit-and-run accident of a bicyclist on Jan. 28 on Jayhawk Road."...

Fort Scott Community College's women picked up a key victory at Arnold Arena Saturday afternoon as they look to secure a first-round home game in the Region VI-Division II post-season tournament.
