Gorman named All-State First Team (High School Sports ~ 06/17/15)
Fort Scott High School junior Katie Gorman was named to a First Team position as an infielder by the Kansas Softball Coaches Association recently. The coaches did not honor players by each infield position, lumping them all together. Gorman played both shortstop and second base for the Tigers this season. The coaches also handed out honors as though Class 4A is just one division for softball even though it is actually one of the sports in which the class is divided into two divisions...
