Drug investigation results in 30 arrests

On Tuesday, the Fort Scott Police Department, Bourbon County Sheriff's Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation Drug Task Force were involved in a narcotics investigation that resulted in 30 arrests, according to an FSPD news release. The persons arrested were charged with a violation of K.S.A. 21-5707(a)(1), or unlawful possession of controlled substance using a communication facility. As this is an ongoing investigation, more arrests are likely, the release said...
