Richard Harvey Culbertson was born Nov. 30, 1933 in Los Angeles, Calif. He died Oct. 20, 2014. Richard moved with his family to Sheldon, Mo., at the age of 13. He attended College in Lincoln, Neb., and later moved back to California, then to Baker City, Oreg., then to Texas. He married Glenmar Joyce Seiver in 1956. To that union was born five children.
