City, USD still working on ball park

Officials are still ironing out details of an agreement to bring a new baseball park to Fort Scott. City Manager Dave Martin provided an update on the proposed "LaRoche Baseball Complex" to the Fort Scott City Commission during their Tuesday meeting. An inter-local agreement is being hammered out between city officials and USD 234 for the proposed $2 million baseball field. Martin said the complex would be "jointly owned" by both entities once the agreement is finalized...
