Bourbon County Commissioners agreed Monday that the county is not responsible for repairing a hole in the driveway of the Garland Fire Department. Road and Bridges Director Jim Harris shared photos of the hole, which is located near the sidewalk at the edge of Eagle Road. The hole also is located next to a drain.
