Herald-Tribune Sheldon Mayor Rob Sewell, 44, was arrested Friday night on charges alleging 21 counts of felony forgery. Court documents claim that between April 2008 and August 2010, Sewell wrote checks on John R. Young's First National Bank account, all except one of which were made payable to himself, on 21 occasions, in amounts ranging from $61 to $50,000, totaling more than $150,000.
