Many donors are busy or traveling, school is out of session and donations have dropped dramatically. It started several weeks ago when a Texas Rangers fan dropped 20 feet to his death while trying to catch a ball thrown to him by a player. As the fan reached over the railing in the upper deck, he lost his balance and unfortunately tumbled to his death. Texas Ranger stadium management is now looking at raising the height of the barrier.
