To the Editor, The Fort Scott Ladies of the Elk held their annual Children's Christmas Party on Dec. 16, 2007 at the Elks Lodge. There were 54 children and their parents in attendance. The children and their parents were treated to lunch, pictures were taken, and treats were handed out by Amy Boyd. Santa arrived to a room full of very excited children and passed out gifts.
