Johnson to serve nearly 24-year sentence

A judge Tuesday sentenced a Southeast Kansas man to 23 years and 8 months in state prison for molesting a young girl. Sixth Judicial Chief Judge Richard M. Smith sentenced Paul Johnson to two terms, which total the nearly 24-year sentence.
