Broncos gallop past Tigers late, 61-26

The Spring Hill Broncos blew open a one-score game late to rout the Fort Scott Tigers 61-26 Friday night at Frary Field.

Bronco senior RB Colton McKanna rushed for four touchdowns, including three in the second half, wearing down the Tigers’ defensive line as the Broncos moved to 6-1 on the season. Tiger RB Cal Cosens ran for three scores in the walloping, which saw the Tigers fall to 3-4 overall. Tiger QB Lennox Vann threw two late-game pick sixes that added to the Tigers’ woes.
