Vital Statistics Services Expands to Will Call Pickup

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) announces that its Vital Statistics Office lobby, which has been closed due to COVID-19, is open for will call pick-ups only beginning. The lobby continues to remain closed for walk-in services.

To order certificates eligible for will call pickup, visit the website www.kdheks.gov/vital. Select the type of certificate and then complete the ordering process under the will call section. Individuals will be notified by email when their certificate is ready to be picked up.

Those customers using will call pickup are encouraged to wear a mask when entering Vital Statistics.
