Flags on Skubitz Plaza near the 20th Century Veterans Memorial flap on a windy Tuesday afternoon. Wind gusts from the west to northwest Tuesday reached speeds of between 45 and 55 mph. A wind advisory and Red Flag Warning were in effect until 6 p.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
