Road construction

Crews remove existing pavement on Tuesday during resurfacing work on Horton Street near Circle Drive. It is part of road improvements being made as part of the city's Street Program by Se-Kan Asphalt Services Inc., of Gas. The project began at Lakin Drive and Horton and moved north to 18th Street. There may be sections of street closed during this time and there may be traffic delays. (Laurie Sisk/Tribune)
