Law Enforcement Reports

David Lee Bohlken, 33, Pleasanton, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 3:30 p.m. Friday on a Bourbon County warrant. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Edwin Eugene Murphy, 38, Gardner, was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol at 3:05 p.m. Saturday for driving while suspended and on a warrant out of Johnson County. He posted a $2,750 bond and was later released at 7:06 p.m. Saturday.

Ryan Dale Hixon, 28, Butler, Mo., was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 7:07 p.m. Saturday on a Bourbon County bench warrant for harassment by phone. He posted a $1,500 bond at 7:42 p.m. Saturday and was later released.

Justin Paul Harrison, 19, Fort Scott, was arrested by Court Services and sentenced to 48 hours at 2:13 p.m. Friday. He was released at 2:18 p.m. Sunday for time served.

William James Weist, 18, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department at 3:47 a.m. Monday for fleeing or attempt to elude, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property, interference with a law enforcement officer, and on a warrant out of Miami County. He is still being held at this time.

Dustin Robert Fly, 29, Fort Scott, was arrested by Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 2:12 a.m. Sunday for criminal threat and disorderly conduct. He is still being held at this time with no bond.

Jason David Harris, 27, Fort Scott, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office at 2:42 a.m. Sunday for aggravated assault, burglary, criminal threat, and disorderly conduct. He is still being held at this time with no bond.
