Northeast Scott 4-H meeting

The Northeast Scott 4-H Club met at the Hammond Community Center on May 14.

Two leaders and thirty-four members were present. President, Sabrina Minor lead the club with the regular business part of the meeting. Following that was the night's program lead by Vice President, Austin Schofield. Amber Wunderly gave a demonstration on how to make cheesecake cream dip. There was a guest speaker from the Fair Board who spoke about a new program this year. There is going to be an ambassador contest this year during the fair. The meeting proceeded with a game then was called for adjournment. The next meeting will be held June 11, at seven at the Hammond Community Center. Congratulations to Kendall Madison for placing first and second in her age group at the swine show in Birlington and Emporia.

* June 16 -- Fair Entry papers due in at the Extension Office.
