USD 235 board reschedules meeting

The USD 235 Board of Education has rescheduled its regular board meeting for 5 p.m. Monday in the Uniontown Junior Senior High School commons area, 601 Fifth St., Uniontown.

The board has rescheduled the meeting -- which was originally set for Dec. 10 and moved to Friday due to inclement weather -- because of a winter storm that is expected to enter the area Friday evening. The board is taking safety precautions by waiting until Monday to conduct the meeting, district officials said.

The date is also more convenient for the board, officials said.
