Resolutions, agreement signed to end solar panel litigation

Bourbon County Commissioners on Monday approved resolutions and new agreements that officials said are designed to end litigation with solar developers. The event, which kicked off with the Christmas Parade Dec. 4, featured a variety of holiday-themed activities for people of all ages.
