Bourbon County Commissioners appointed the members of a seven-person planning commission which would take recommendations on zoning and planning issues, conduct public hearings on zoning and give reports to the county commission. The Fort Scott City Commissioners on Tuesday approved a budget that will not exceed the revenue neutral rate.
