She married Robert N. Elbrader on Aug. 14, 1964 in Fort Scott and they had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last year, in Fort Scott. Her husband proceeded her in death. FSCC prepared to exceed revenue neutral rate, but hold mil levy steady
