James Marlyn Hite was born on Feb. 18, 1947, in Moran, Kan., to John M. Hite and Marianna Koch Hite. He died peacefully at home on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at the age of 76 with his family surrounding him. Uniontown USD 235 Superintendent Vance Eden Monday evening shared proposed improvements to the district’s two buildings with the board of education. The drawings are not final yet.
