Ida Luella McReynolds, age 80, a longtime resident of Weir, Kan., passed away Friday, May 20, 2022. She was born Sept. 9, 1941, in Radley, Kan., the daughter of Alonzo Mayberry and Ida Irena McVey Mayberry. Ida married Melvin Eugene McReynolds, on Nov. 16, 1957, at Miami, Okla. He preceded her in death on Jan. 26, 2008. Ida had worked as a housekeeper at area nursing homes, hospitals and private homes. She enjoyed spending time with her family...
