Jack D. Locke, age 82, Prescott, Kan., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021. Graveside funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, 2021 at the Prescott Kansas Cemetery. Jack will lie in state from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12 and 8:30 a.m. until noon Monday at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel. Elizabeth Anne (Guinn) Jackson, 89, passed away Oct. 17, 2021, in Topeka, Kan. Anne was born July 15, 1932, in Pittsburg, Kan., to Lowell and Louise Mertz Guinn. She was married to Dr. Robert G. Marion Taylor Browning (Buddy) 90 of Lebo, Kan., passed away Dec. 5 peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. He was born Jan. 4, 1931 to Walter T. and May Belle Browning in Kansas City, Mo. As a young child he fell in love with horses, racing, raising, training, and showing them throughout his life.
