Thomas Warren Davis, age 100, a resident of Fort Scott, passed away early Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, at his home. He was born Oct. 1, 1920, in Redfield, Kan., the son of Albert E. Davis and Gladys Boone Davis. Warren graduated from the Uniontown High School with the Class of 1941. He married Birdean Ward on Jan. 22, 1943. Shortly after their marriage, Warren was called into active duty with the United States Army. He participated in the D-Day invasion of Normandy Beach on June 6, 1944...
