Marjorie Mae Foster, age 98, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, at the Medicalodges in Fort Scott, Kan. She was born Sept. 14, 1921, in Fort Scott the daughter of Frank and Ruby (Gump) Phillips. She married Melvin “Boots” Foster Nov. 2, 1940, in Nevada, Mo. He preceded her in death on Feb. 13, 2007.
