Marcella R. Timmins, age 89, a resident of Fort Scott, Kan., passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019, at the Medicalodge of Frontenac, Kan. She was born Nov. 23, 1929, in Anamoose, N.D., the daughter of William C. Roufs and Josephine Hanenburg Roufs. Marcella graduated from the Fort Scott High School with the Class of 1948. ...
