Shirley Lorene Stephens, 84 of Fort Scott, passed away Friday evening Sept. 27, 2019 at Ascension Via Christi Hospital in Pittsburg, Kan. She was born April 17, 1935 in Fort Scott, the daughter of Dan and Edith Amelia Tucker. She married Roger Boyles on Sept. 19, 1952 in Piggett, Ark., he preceded her in death. She married John Albert Stephens on June 19, 1972 in Girard, Kan., he preceded her in death on Oct. 20, 2007...
