County signs KDWPT contract for Elm Creek Lake

Bourbon County Commissioners on Tuesday approved an agreement with the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism designed to benefit local anglers. Don George, fisheries biologist with KDWPT, appeared before the commission with a copy of a contract between KDWPT and the county for the Community Fisheries Assistance Program.
