A local man charged in March with criminal threat was bound over for felony arraignment Monday in Bourbon County District Court. During a preliminary hearing for Seth Alexander Shore, 19, Bourbon County Magistrate Judge Valorie Leblanc heard testimony from three witnesses regarding an alleged threatening comment Shore made at Uniontown High School in March. The 4th annual Fort Scott Fire Department benefit ride took place Saturday to benefit Carter Collier, a Fort Scott youth who was born with a rare disorder called Koolen-de Vries syndrome.
