Joseph Marion Bruner, age 79, resident of Fort Scott, Kan., died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017, at Fort Scott Manor. He was born on Dec. 26, 1937, near Mapleton, Kan., the son of Walter and Agnes Mackie Bruner. Joe was a hard worker on the family farm and for surrounding neighbors.
