Perry Dobbins, 95, of Fort Scott, died Thursday evening, Dec. 8, 2016 at the Medicalodge Nursing Home. Funeral arrangements for Perry Dobbins are incomplete and will be announced later by the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home.
