HESSTON -- Fort Scott Community College's volleyball team swept Hesston here Wednesday night in a match that counts toward post-season tournament seeding. The 18th-ranked Greyhounds won 25-14, 25-11, 25-18. Hesston is an independent in Region VI Division II but all schools in the division play the Larks for seeding purposes. UNIONTOWN -- Oswego pulled away in the second half here Friday night for a 32-6 victory over Uniontown in a game that counted in both Three Rivers League and Class 2-1A District 3 play. The game was tied at 6-6 after one period with Andrew Reed scoring the Eagles' touchdown. But Oswego took a 12-6 lead into the half and added another 14 points to the total in the third quarter.
