Leon Richard "Lonnie" Cleaver, 89 of Rural Fort Scott, died Thursday evening, Oct. 1, 2015 at the Guest Home Estates. He was born March 7, 1926 in Fort Scott, Kan., the son of August M. and Ruth Jane (Flora) Cleaver. Lonnie was a farmer and except for the few years he lived in Nevada, Mo., he was a lifelong resident of the Fort Scott area.
