Nancy Lou Dizmang, 73 of Fort Scott, died Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 12, 2015 at the Fort Scott Manor Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 14, 1942 in Ottawa, Kan., the daughter of George Frederick, Sr. and Mary Opal (Bingham) Hull.
