Roy S. "Mac" McGinnis, age 92, a resident of Fort Scott and formerly Prescott, Kan., died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at his home. Mac was born June 21, 1922, in Gooch Mill, Mo., the son of Sylvester McGinnis and Zelma Enloe McGinnis.
