William "Bill" Howard Lowe, 90, of Pittsburg, passed away at 2:40 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at his home. He was born June 10, 1924, at Pittsburg, Kan., the son of Archie A. "Dutch" and Margaret Mae (Kelly) Lowe. He attended Pittsburg schools and was a lifetime area resident. After high School Bill enlisted in the United States Army and was honorably discharged...
