Rowena Copeland, 82, of Parsons, died at 1:05 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014 in the emergency room of Labette Health. She had been cared for at the Parsons Presbyterian Manor since February of 2013, but death was unexpected. She was born Jan. 1, 1932 at Uniontown, the daughter of Robert D. and Gladys B. (Ford) Lind.
