DeeAnn Rohrer Wright, 54, of Arlington, V.A., died July 15, 2014, at home. DeeAnn was the daughter of Donald Jesse and Ethlyn Holtwick Rohrer of Fort Scott, Kan. She served with the U.S. Navy from 1979-1982. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. During her 32-year career Mrs. Wright served as a geophysical analyst, logistics coordinator, executive administrative assistant and office manager. The Bourbon County Commissioners accepted requests Friday for the clerk and election budgets. County Clerk Kendell Mason presented the clerk's budget first, stating she has estimated $86,100, which is the same for 2015 as it is for 2014.
